Our Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

  • All appointments must be booked through our online system.

  • Payment options: Card, and direct deposit accepted. HICAPS also available for instant health fund rebates.

2. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policy

  • Minimum 12 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Failure to provide notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • A No Show will result in 100% of the appointment fee.

  • Cancellation link is provided in your booking confirmation email.

3. Late Arrival

  • Please arrive on time. Late arrival will not extend your session beyond the allocated time.

4. Clinic Hours

  • Tue – Thu: 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM

  • Sat: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM

5. Age Policy

  • We do not currently work with clients under 18 years of age.

6. Health and Safety

  • You agree to provide accurate health information for safe and effective treatment.

  • The Remedy Space reserves the right to refuse service if necessary for health or safety reasons.

7. Liability

  • Services provided are complementary and not a substitute for medical advice.

  • The Remedy Space is not liable for any adverse outcomes resulting from failure to disclose relevant health information.

8. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will be available on our website.
