1. Booking and Payment
All appointments must be booked through our online system.
Payment options: Card, and direct deposit accepted. HICAPS also available for instant health fund rebates.
2. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policy
Minimum 12 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Failure to provide notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
A No Show will result in 100% of the appointment fee.
Cancellation link is provided in your booking confirmation email.
3. Late Arrival
Please arrive on time. Late arrival will not extend your session beyond the allocated time.
4. Clinic Hours
Tue – Thu: 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Sat: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM
5. Age Policy
We do not currently work with clients under 18 years of age.
6. Health and Safety
You agree to provide accurate health information for safe and effective treatment.
The Remedy Space reserves the right to refuse service if necessary for health or safety reasons.
7. Liability
Services provided are complementary and not a substitute for medical advice.
The Remedy Space is not liable for any adverse outcomes resulting from failure to disclose relevant health information.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will be available on our website.
