It’s time to transform your pain story into one of resilience, regulation, and possibility.
Meet Nic
Nic is a practitioner who helps people understand and shift the patterns that shape their pain, tension, and sensitivity. Her work brings together contemporary pain science, nervous‑system literacy, somatic principles, and subtle‑body awareness to create a grounded, whole‑person approach to change.
Rather than chasing symptoms, Nic works with the underlying states and strategies that drive them — helping people meet themselves in the moment with more ease, curiosity, and self‑responsibility. Her focus is on building internal resources, not outsourcing solutions, so people can navigate tension, challenge, and contrast with greater capacity and less overwhelm.
With a career beginning in 2002 in Sports and Remedial Massage, and further studies in exercise science, Nic has supported both professional athletes and everyday movers through pain and recovery. Over time, her practice has evolved into a pattern‑based model that integrates the physical body, the nervous system, and the subtle energetic layers that influence how we feel and function.
As a qualified meditation and mindfulness teacher specialising in mental health — and currently studying nutrition — Nic weaves evidence‑based tools with accessible, real‑world practices. Her work supports people to understand their patterns, regulate their system, and create meaningful, sustainable change, so they can feel more at home in their bodies and more connected to themselves.
