Meet Nic
With a background in Sports and Remedial Massage dating back to 2002 and further studies in exercise science, Nic has supported both professional athletes and everyday movers through pain, recovery, and performance challenges. Her practice has since evolved into a pattern‑based model that integrates the body, nervous system, and the energetic influences that shape how we feel and function.
While addressing symptoms is important, Nic focuses on the broader states, behaviors, and strategies that drive them — helping people meet their bodies with more clarity, ease, and confidence. Her aim is to help build internal capacity and resilience so individuals can navigate stress, tension, and discomfort with greater awareness and less overwhelm.
As a remedial massage therapist and a meditation and mindfulness teacher specialising in mental health, Nic combines manual therapy, nervous‑system education, and practical tools that people can use beyond the treatment room. She is also currently studying nutrition to broaden her ability to support others through a multi‑system lens.
