Meet Nic
With a background in Sports and Remedial Massage dating back to 2002, and further study in contemporary pain science, Nic has supported both professional athletes and people from all walks of life through pain, recovery and movement-related challenges.
Over time, her practice has evolved to take a broader view of health, considering not only the body, but also the role of stress, lifestyle, nervous system function, and the factors that influence how we feel and move.
While addressing symptoms is important, Nic is equally interested in understanding the underlying contributors that may be driving them. Her approach aims to help people better understand their bodies, build resilience, and navigate pain, tension, stress, and recovery with greater confidence.
As a remedial massage therapist, meditation and mindfulness teacher, Nic combines manual therapy, movement-based rehabilitation, nervous-system-informed care, and practical strategies that can be applied beyond the treatment room. She is currently studying nutrition to further expand her understanding of whole-person health.
Through treatment, education, and self-awareness, Nic's goal is to help people move and feel more like themselves again.
